A closer look at your kHYPE, its yield, and spending power.

Overflow guideProtocol Health

Protocol Health

The Protocol Health panel on your Overview reads the deployed contracts directly from Elysium: the latest block, the kHYPE route, whether deposits and spending are open, Reserve liquidity, remaining global spending capacity, total outstanding advances, the age of the relayed kHYPE rate and, when your wallet is connected, your own spending power. If a value cannot be read it is shown as unavailable; it is never estimated.

Rate freshness

Two clocks matter. The relayed rate must be at most 14 days old for deposits, withdrawals and settlement to value a position; exits always work. The observed APR comes from the adapter’s last checkpoint, which must also be at most 14 days old for new spending power and projections. Overflow marks either one Needs Update once it is older than that, rather than presenting it as current.

Status labels

  • Live / Active: available and reading normally.
  • Needs Update: the relayed rate or the observed APR is older than 14 days.
  • Paused: paused by the protocol admin. Withdrawals and exits cannot be paused.
  • Unavailable: not open yet (for example, the Reserve is unfunded or spending limits are not set), or the value could not be read.
